Because He is the only one who creates all beings, manages them in perfect order, and knows what will happen as a result. In a sense, it can be said that heaven is the place where people are first taught and trained. Thus, God Almighty sent Hz. He created Adam in the most perfect way. Almighty God has power and wisdom and creates whatever He wishes in any way He wishes. Therefore, He created Adam (peace be upon him) in a perfect state to be the first father of humans, otherwise he did not create him through evolution from another creature.
